Don’t Become A Victim!
There are no new immigration laws. Immigration reform has not passed and is not likely to pass until at least after the next presidential election in November.
The only “new” forms of immigration “relief” are Provisional Waivers.
By law, provisional waivers require extreme hardship to a spouse or parent who is either a US citizen or a green card holder. Hardship to a child, without hardship to a spouse, will not support the waiver.
Lawyers are prohibited from making promises. If you are thinking of retaining someone who has promised you specific results, don’t. They are out for your money and will not deliver the promised results.
