Immigrant Visa Priority Dates for February 2016

The US Department of State has released the Immigrant Visa Priority Dates (Immigrant Visas are required to obtain the Green Card, or Legal Permanent Status) for February 2016. Accordingly, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS will process I-485 Adjustment of Status Applications) and the Department of State (The Department of State will process immigrant visas, which will be used to enter the US and receive the Green Card) will be processing Green Card applications/visas for petitions (I-130, Labor Certification or I-140, I-360) filed, and therefore having a “Priority Date”, before the dates in the first table on this page.
