Work Permits Cannot Be Renewed More Than 120 Days Before the Previous One Expires
USCIS has indicated that Work Permits (EADs) should be renewed 120 days before the expiration of the current one. However, it has also indicated that if the renewal is filed more than 120 days before the expiration of the current one, the renewal will be denied as filed too early.
