Visa Priority Dates for September Released
The US Department of State has released the Immigrant Visa Priority Dates for September.
In the family based categories, all categories advanced except for the F2A for Mexico, which remained unavailable; and the F-4 for the Philippines, which did not move.
In the employment based categories, the only change was that the EB2 categories for China and India advanced. Visas remain unavailable for the EB3 Skilled Workers and Other Workers categories.
The Department of State is now indicating that the categories that are currently unavailable may experience retrogression beyond the June 2008 dates in October.
