Visa Priority Dates for October Released
The US Department of State has released the Immigrant Visa Priority Dates for October.
In the Family Based categories, the F1 category for Mexico and the Philippines, the F2B category for all countries except for the Philippines, the F3 category for Mexico, and the F4 category for Mexico and the Philippines did not advance. All other Family Based categories advanced by at least seven days.
In the Employment Based categories, visas became available for the EB3 category for all countries, as well as for the Other Worker category for all countries. The EB2 category for China and India experienced retrogression of several years.
