Visa Priority Dates for June Released
The Department of State has released the Immigrant Visa Priority Dates for June 2008.
Most categories for family based immigration advanced. Those that did not advance are F1 (Married Children of Citizens) for the Philippines, F2A (Spouse & Children of Green Card Holders) for Mexico, F3 (Married Children of Citizens) for all countries except Mexico (Mexico advanced), and F4 (Siblings of Citizens) for Mexico and the Philippines.
It the Employment based immigration categories, only the EB2 category for China and India Advanced.
The Department of State is predicting retrogressions or unavailability in the EB3 category beginning in July and continuing for the rest of the Federal Fiscal Year which ends on September 30th.
