Visa Priority Dates for December Released
The US Department of State has released the Immigrant Visa Priority Dates for December 2008.
With the exception of the religious worker category, there was no movement in the employment based categories. Although the religious worker category is now listed as current, those visas do not become available until USCIS publishes its religious worker regulations. By statute, USCIS must publish those regulations no later than November 10th.
All family based categories advanced for December.
