Immigrant Visa Priority Dates for August 2014

The US Department of State has released the Immigrant Visa Priority Dates (Immigrant Visas are required to obtain the Green Card, or Legal Permanent Status) for August 2014. Accordingly, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS will process I-485 Adjustment of Status Applications) and the Department of State (The Department of State will process immigrant visas, which will be used to enter the US and receive the Green Card) will be processing Green Card applications/visas for petitions (I-130, Labor Certification or I-140, I-360) filed, and therefore having a “Priority Date”, before the following dates:

  All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed China — Mainland Born India Mexico Philippines
F1 (Unmarried Sons/Daughters of US Citizens)
F2A (Spouse & Children of Green Card Holders)
F2B (Unmarried Sons/Daughters of Green Card Holders)
F3 (Married Sons/Daughters of US Citizens)
F4 (Siblings of US Citizens)
EB1 (Extraordinary Ability)
EB2 (Professionals/Exceptional Ability)
EB3 (Skilled Workers)
EB3 (Other Workers)
EB4 (Special Immigrants)
EB4 (Religious Workers)
EB5 (Employment Creation)
EB5 (Targeted Area)
EB5 (Pilot Programs)
